Scrunchie Crochet

Hi friends, welcome back. This is one of my favorite crochet, when I started the channel. We can make as a matching for our clothing. Girls would love it.A simple scrunchie.  Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

Hook size - 3.5mm 

 slst - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

ch- chain

Written Pattern : 

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by 45 SCs around a hair tie.

Step 2 : At end of row, do a slipstitch to the first stitch.

Step 3 : Row 1: Do slst to the next back stitch, ch4, slst in the next back stitch.

Step 4 : Continue Step 3 till end of row.

Step 5 : Do a slst to the next space, followed by 4 chains & 1 SC in the next space.

Step 6 : Continue Step 5 till end of row.

Step 7 : At the end of row, ch 4 & slst to the 1st space. For 3rd color repeat the step 5 to 7 once.

Step 8 : Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 9 : Now its time to work in front stitch, slipknot & do a slst in any front stitch.

Step 10 : Follow steps 3 to 8 in front stitch.

Step 11 : Scrunchie is ready!!!
