Alphabet Crochet I

 


Hi friends, welcome back to my blog.  We are seeing a series of alphabet crochets. In my channel I have posted them too.

These alphabet crochets are really easy & worthy of making, as it can be decorated for any parties. Birthday parties were the first in my mind, when I started the series.

Today as a series of alphabets, we will see alphabet I. Its very easy to make. So let's get started.


Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook: 3mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by chain 12.

Step 2 : 1 DC on the 3rd chain from hook.

Step 3 : do 1 DC on each of the chains till end of row.

Step 4 : Turn & do 1 slst in each of the 4 stitches.

Step 5 : Chain 15.

Step 6 : 1 DC on the 3rd chain from hook.

Step 7 : 1 Dc on each of the next 3 chains.

Step 8 : chain 8 .

Step 9 : 1 DC on the 3rd chain from hook.

Step 10 : 1 DC on each of the chains & slst from backside.

Step 11 : turn & do 1 Slst on the next 2 stitches.

Step 12 : 1 DC on each of the remaining chains.

Step 13 : Slst , cut off yarn & sew.

Step 14 : Alphabet ready!!!
