Jasmine Gajra/Scrunchie Crochet

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. How are you all? Hope you all are doing good. Today we will see a simple and elegant Jasmine Gajra and Jasmine Scrunchie. It really looks so cute and easy to do too. Without delay, let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

Jasmine Gajra:

hook : 3mm

Jasmine Scrunchie:

hook:2.5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : slipknot, followed by chain 21. The chains depend on the length you need.

Step 2 : 1 Dc on the 2nd ch from hook. Continue doing 1 DC on each till end of row.

Step 3 : ch 1, cut off yarn & sew ends.

Step 4 : Add the white yarn & do popcorn stitch.

Step 5 : slst on the next 2 stitches.

Step 6 : Do popcorn stitch in that space.

Step 7 : Repeat steps 5 & 6, on both sides as well in the middle too.

Step 8 : ch 1, cut off yarn , sew ends & glue it to the clip.

Step 9 : Scrunchie: slipknot, continue SC around the hair tie.

Step 10 : slst to 1st Sc and ch1, cut off yarn & sew ends.

Step 11 : Make Popcorn stitch with white yarn (5 DCs in same stitch,slst by inserting the hook in the 1st st and last st,ch 3, slst in same and last stitch) in each st, till end of row.

Step 12 : Once done, ch 1, cut off yarn & sew ends.

Step 13 : Your cute scrunchie is ready !!!!
