Kuwait Flag Crochet

Hi friends, welcome back. In this I will be sharing, Kuwait flag Crochet. The most hardest I had felt, in the result of it, my finger swell. So missed few bits in the black portion. Let's wave in friends.

Print this Pattern

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

 tr- treble crochet 

ch- chain

hook : 4mm 

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Let's start with the bottom RED. slipknot followed by 15 chains.

Step 2 : Ch 1 (Extra). 1 SC on each of the chains from the 2nd chain on the hook.

Step 3 : Ch1 & turn your project.

Step 4 : As we all know how the Kuwait flag looks, let's skip 1 stitch & start doing 1 SC on each till                   end of row.

Step 5 : Continue doing for 5 rows total of Red. On the 5th row, stop on the 2nd last stitch.

Step 6 : Now we will be adding WHITE. Add the White yarn, continue doing the same count SC in                     each for 5 rows, which is the last red row count.

Step 7 : Now add GREEN. The 1st row count will be the same as the last WHITE row.

Step 8: When the GREEN reaches the 2nd row, we will simultaneously start BLACK, which is the side              color.

Step 9 : First slipstitch the BLACK yarn to the start of RED.

Step 10 : ch 1 & turn.

Step 11 : Now do 1 SC . This would be like, in each row you will be increasing the SC count, till you                     reach the top row of RED. 

Step 12 : When you reach the WHITE row, maintain the same count of BLACK.

Step 13 : Now for the GREEN, keep decreasing the BLACK & increasing the GREEN.

Step 14 : At the end, slipstitch both BLACK & GREEN. Cut off yarn & sew all the yarns. KUWAIT                     FLAG is Ready!!!
