Heart Earring Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. Do you wanna make a simple gift for valentine, that too handmade? Are you in need of such gift?  Here you go. A very simple and elegant heart earring crochet.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

SC2Tog - Single Crochet 2 Together

DC2Tog - Double Crochet 2 Together

hook: 2 mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Magic ring.

Step 2 : 15 SCs in that ring.

Step 3 : Pull the tail end & slst to the 1st SC.

Step 4 : Chain 2 , considered as 1st HDC.

Step 6 : 1 HDC in the same space.

Step 7 : 2 DCs each in next 2 stitches.

Step 8 : 2 HDCs in the next stitch.

Step 9 : 1 SC each in next 3 stitches.

Step 10 : Now do 1 HDC, 1 DC, 1 HDC for the pointy part.

Step 11 : Repeat steps9,8,7,6 & 5.(Reverse pattern)

Step 12 : Chain 3 and slst to the bottom space for ear hanging.

Step 13 : Cut off yarn & sew. Add a bead in the center and put on the jump rings and ear part.

Step 14 : Heart earring is ready!!!
