Spiral Rose Heart Crochet

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. Today we are going to crochet a spiral rose heart. This is easy to make, but I would recommend you to have a note and a pen(which is actually a very good practice). 

So why delay, let's dive in.

Print this Pattern

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

 

hook : 4mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 :Magic Circle or Magic Ring.

 

Step 2 : 12 DCs in that ring.

 

Step 3 : slst.

 

Step 4 : 1 DC in each of the front loop only. Total 12 DCs.

 

Step 5 : 2 DCs in each of the 12 back loops. Total 24 DCs.

 

Step 6 : Then in  the bottom loops, follow this pattern.

Step 7 : 1 TR, 1 DTR, ch 2, slst to the 2nd chain, 1 DTR, 2 TRs in the same stitch for the pointy part.

Step 8 : Now do the next half of heart.

Step 9 : 2 TRs in the next same stitch.

Step 10 : 3 DTRS in next same stitch.

Step 11 : 3 DTRs in the next same stitch.

Step 12 : 1 TR and 1 DC in the next same stitch.

Step 13 : 1 HDC and 1 SC in the next same stitch.

Step 14 : slst in the next stitch.

Step 15 : ch 1, cut off yarn and sew ends.

Step 16 : Your spiral is ready. You can even use it as an ornament too.
