Flower Earring Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. With crochet you can play around with your imagination. 

One day, my daughter bought the simple earrings & asked me if I can crochet a simple flower around. Accepted the challenge , and started making it right away. 

The next morning I presented it as the first thing in the morning. And she was like " Awww wow mommy, you did it just for me. Thank you so much for your love". I just melted in her love. 

So you too can try this. Today we will see earring crochet. Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook: 2mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by chain 4. Slst to the 1st chain to form a loop.

Step 2 : ch 2 , considered as 1 HDC, do 9 more HDCs. Total 10 HDC.

Step 3 : Slst to the 2nd chain of the 1st 2 chains.

Step 4 : Now 1st petal : ch 2 , 2 DCs in that same space, 2 DCs in the next stitch, ch2, slst in the same stitch

Step 5 : For 2nd petal: slst in the next chain & repeat step 4.

Step 6 : Repeat for 3 more petals.

Step 7 : Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 8 : Now your earring is ready to wear!!!
