Syria Flag Crochet

 

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. As many of you have heard about the great disaster, which shook the whole world and left many in sorrow. Turkey & Syria earthquake. It was really heart sinking. Too many lost their lives. May the Almighty protect them aameen. Today I will do Syria Flag. Let's all keep them in our prayers and donate whatever is possible from your side. Thank you in advance.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

hook : 3.5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 :  Slipknot, followed by ch 21

Step 2 : 1 Sc on the 2nd ch from hook.

Step 3 : Continue doing 1 Sc on each stitch till end of row.

Step 4 : ch 1 & turn. Repeat step 3 for 4 more rows.

Step 5 : Now join white yarn & repeat step 3 for 5 rows.

Step 6 : Join red & repeat step 3 for 5 more rows.

Step 7 : ch 1, cut off yarn & sew ends.

Step 8 : Sew 2 stars in the white part with a needle.

Step 9 : Now your Syria Flag is ready!!!!
