Arabic Alphabet Ayn And Ghayn Crochet

 

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. As a continuation of the previous arabic alphabets, today we will see alphabets Ayn & Ghayn.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

SC2Tog - Single Crochet 2 Together

DC2Tog - Double Crochet 2 Together

hook: 3 mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by chain 28.

Step 2 : 1 slst on the 2nd chain from hook.

Step 3 : 1 SC on each of the next 25 chains.

Step 4 : 2 SCs on the last same chain.

Step 5 : 1 slst on the next 4 stitches. This is done on the other side of the chain.

Step 6 : chain 12 .

Step 7 : 1 slst on the 2nd chain from hook.

Step 8 : 1 SC on each of the next 3 chains.

Step 9 : 2 SCs on each of the next 3 chains.

Step 10 : 1 SC on each of the remaining chains.

Step 11 : 1 slst on eaach of the next 3 chains.

Step 12 : Chain 1, cut off yarn & sew.

Step 13 : For alphabet Ghayn, nukhtha already available.

Step 14 :  Alphabet Ayn & Ghayn is ready!!!!
