Headband Crochet


 Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. Today we are doing a very simple headband. It's very easy to make, if you are familiar with the basic stitches. 

I have a playlist too, which is each a 1 minute shorts video. Hope you can visit and learn too.

So without further delay let's get into the project.

Crochet Terminology:


sl st - slip stitch 
sc- single crochet 
dc- double crochet 
tr- treble crochet 
hdc- half double crochet
ch- chain
 

Things needed:


1. Yarns

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors


hook : 
3 mm
 
Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by ch 68. The chains depend on your desired length.

Step 2 : R1-3 : 2 Dcs on the 1st & last stitches, 1 Dc on the remaining stitches. ch 2 & turn.

Step 3 : R4-6 : Dc2tog on the 1st 2 & last 2 stitches, 1 Dc on remaining stitches. ch 2 & turn.

Step 4 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.

Step 5 : Add yarn in the pointy area, chain 43. 1 Sc on the 2nd ch from hook, till end of row.

Step 6 : slst to the same space.

Step 7 : 2 Scs on the sides of each Dcs, but 1 sc on the corner & other stitches.

Step 8 : Again chain 43 on the other pointy area.

Step 9 : ch1 , cut off & sew ends.

Step 10 : Your headband is ready to wear!!!!
