Mobile Pouch Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back. Today we will see a simple mobile pouch crochet. Very simple version. I made it for my mobile. Preparing for an order too. Got heavy appreciation for this. Any beginner can try it. Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

ch- chain

hook: 3.5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot , followed by 16 chains. The chains depend on the size of your mobile.

Step 2 : Add 3 more chains.

Step 3 : 1 DC on the 4th chain from hook. Put a stitch marker on the 3rd chain.

Step 4 : Keep doing 1 DC on each of the chain till the 2nd last chain.

Step 5 : In the last chain, do 3 DCs in the same chain.

Step 6 : Keep on doing 1 DC on each of the other side.

Step 7 : Slst on the stitch marked place.

Step 8 : Row 2 : ch3, put a stitch marker on the 3rd chain.

Step 9 : Continue doing 1 DC on each of the stitch, till end of row & put slst on the stitch marker position.

Step 10 : Continue steps 8 & 9, until you reach the height of your mobile.

Step 11 : For me, it took around 15 rows.

Step 12 : I added a strap at the corner , when I reached the end of 15th row. So I chained 9 & slipstitched to the same stitch.

Step 13 : Sew a button of your choice.

Step 14 : Now with a different color yarn, slipknot & ch 21. Attach it to the back of mobile pouch.
