Squid Game Crochet

Hi friends welcome back to my blog. Today we will crochet a viral web series SQUID GAME dolls. A very lovely experience. Hope you too can enjoy crocheting with me.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

SC2Tog - Single Crochet 2 Together

hook: 2 mm

Written Pattern:

"Face"

Step 1 : Magic Ring.

Step 2 : 6 SCs in that ring.

Step 3 : Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 4 : Round 1 : 2 SCs on each stitch.

Step 5 : Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 6 : Round 2 : 1 SC, 2 SCs, 1 SC,... till end of row. Slst in the 1st SC.

Step 7 : Round 3 : 1 SC, 1 SC, 2SCs, 1 SC,.... till end of row. Slst in the 1st SC

Step 8 : Round 4 : 1 SC, 1 SC, 1 SC, 2 SCs, 1 SC,... till end of row. Slst in the 1st SC.

Step 9 : Round 5 to round 9 :  1 SC in each stitch till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 10 : Round 10 : 1 SC, 1 SC, 1 SC, SC2Tog, 1 SC,... till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 11 : Round 11 : 1 SC, 1 SC, SC2Tog, 1 SC,.... till end of row. Slst to the 1st Sc. Add the stuffing.

Step 12 : Round 12 : 1 SC, SC2Tog. 1 SC,... till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 13 : Round 13 : SC2Tog,... till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 14 :  Cut off yarn and sew.

Step 15 : Face is ready!!!

"Hood"

Step 1 : Repeat steps 1 to 7 of "Face".

Step 2 : Round 5 : 1 SC, 1 SC, 1 SC, 1 SC, SC2Tog, 1 SC,.... till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 3 : Round 6 to 10: 1 SC on each of the stitch. Slst on the 1st SC.

Step 4 : Round 11 : Do 1 backward slst in each stitch till end of row. Slst at end.

Step 5 : Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 6 : Hood is ready!!!

"Legs & Hands"

Step 1 : Magic Ring.

Step 2 : 5 SCs in that ring

Step 3 : Round 1 : 2 SCs in each stitch till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 4 : Round 2 to 6: 1 SC on each stitch till end of row. Slst to the 1st SC.

Step 5 : Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 6 : We need 1 pair of each.

"Body"

Step 1 : Continuation from the 2nd leg.

Step 2 : 1 SC on each of the 5 stitches each.

Step 3 : Join with the 1st leg, by doing 1 SC on the 1st leg.

Step 4 : continue doing 1 SC on each of the next 9 stitches.

Step 5 : Now do 1 SC on each of the next 5 stitches, from the next leg. Total 20 SCs.

Step 6 : Repeat doing 1 SC on each stitch for 2 rows.

Step 7 : Now do 1 SC of black yarn in each stitch.

Step 8 : For next 4 rows do 1 SC on each stitch with pink yarn.

Step 9 : for the next 3 rows, Need to do SC2Tog in the sides and 1 SC in the middle stitches.

Step 10 : Do stuffing, cut off yarn & sew.

"Joining all"

Step 1 : Do sewing in the mid part of body with black yarn.

Step 2 : Add Circle, Triangle & Square shapes in each face of the dolls.

Step 3 : Sew them all together.

Step 4 : 3 dolls are ready!!!
