Lanyard/Wristlet Crochet

 

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. Today we will do a very very simple crochet, gift idea. It's a Lanyard/Wristlet crochet. Once you see the pattern, you will feel it easy as I said.

So without further delay, let's get into the project!!!

Crochet Terminology:
sl st - slip stitch 
sc- single crochet 
dc- double crochet 
tr- treble crochet 
hdc- half double crochet
ch- chain
 
hook : 4.5mm

Things needed:

1.Lobster Clasp/Keyring
2.Darning needle
3.Yarn

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by ch 55. Increase or decrease chains depending on your need.

Step 2 : R1: 1 Sc on the 2nd chain's back bump from hook.

Step 3 : 1 Sc on each chain's back bump till end of row.

Step 4 : ch 1 & turn.

Step 5 : R2 : 1 SC on each till end of row. Do a normal SC on both loops.

Step 6 : ch 1 & turn.

Step 7 : R3 : 1 SC on each till end of row. Increase rows if you need.

Step 8 : ch 1, cut off a lengthy yarn.

Step 9 : Sew the ends by folding in half.

Step 10 : Add the ring and sew back and forth, so that its secure.

Step 11 : cut off yarn.

Step 12 : Your lanyard/wristlet is ready!!!
