Drawstring Net Pouch Crochet


 Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. This is a net pouchh for exchanging gifts, as Ramadan is around the corner. This follows a very easy 1 row repeat pattern. Maximum half an hour is enough for this project. You can increase or decrease chains according to your preference. Hope you like it too.

So without further delay let's get into the project.

 

Crochet Terminology:


sl st - slip stitch 
sc- single crochet 
dc- double crochet 
tr- treble crochet 
hdc- half double crochet
ch- chain
 

Things needed:


1. Yarns

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors


Hook : 
3mm

Written Pattern:
Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by ch 30+2.
Step 2 : 1 Dc on the 3rd ch from hook.
Step 3 : Continue 1 Dc on each till end of row, except the last ch.
Step 4 : 3 Dcs on the last ch.
Step 5 : Repeat 1 Dc on the other side too. Slst to the 1st Dc.
Step 6 : ch 3(2 for Dc & 1 for ch 1).
Step 7 :( skip 1 stitch, 1 Dc on the next, ch 1)*repeat till end of row.
Step 8 : Slst to the 2nd ch of the 1st 3 chains.
Step 9 : Repeat steps 7 & 8, till the number of rows needed.
Step 10 : Do 1 Dc on each including the ch 1 space. Slst at end. Add simple edging.
Step 11 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.
Step 12 : For the string, slipknot, followed by ch 71. Cut off. Make another .
Step 13 : Add the strings.
Step 14 : Your pouch is ready for use!!!
