Rose Bouquet Drawstring Pouch Crochet

 Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. Quite some days this crochet is being on trend. The drawstring pouch  is cute. You can even use it as a candle holder, for flower vase, as a glass holder, etc., Hope you too are interested in crocheting this pouch. Increase the number of rows as per your need. So please go ahead with your creativity.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

 

Things needed:

1. Yarns

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors

Hook : 

3mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : R1:Magic ring.

Step 2 : ch 1, 12 Dcs in that ring. Slst to the 1st Dc.

Step 3 : R2: 2 Dcs on each. Slst at end. Tot 24 Dcs.

Step 4:  R3 : (1 Dc, 2 Dcs, 1 Dc)* 12 times. Slst at end. Tot 36 Dcs.

Step 5 : R4 : (1 Dc, 1 Dc, 1 DC, 2 Dcs)*12 times. Slst at end. Tot 48 Dcs.

Step 7 : R5 : ! DC on each post of the stitch. Slst at end.

Step 8 : R6-12 : 1 Dc on each till end of row.

Step 9 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.

Step 10 : R13 : Add green, ch 4, skip 2 sts, Sc on the next st.

Step 11 : repeat step 10 till end of row.

Step 12 : slst.

Step 13 : Sc on ch 4 space, ch 6, slst on the 3rd ch, ch 3 & Sc on the same space

Step 14 : Repeat step 13 till end of row.

Step 15 : Add roses. ch 9, (2 hdcs, ch 3, 2 hdcs) on the 2nd ch from hook till end of row.

Step 16 : for drawstring, slipknot, followed by ch 53. Make 2 of them.

Step 17 : Add them to the pouch.

Step 18 : Make 4 mini flowers to attach to the drawstring.

Step 19 : Your pouch/bouquet is ready!!!!
