Moon Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. This one I did for Ramadan. Today we will see how to do a simple moon applique. Very easy to do. Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

slst- slipstitch

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

hook : 3mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by chain 16.

Step 2 : Slipstitch on the 2nd chain from hook.

Step 3 : 1 SC on the next following chain.

Step 4 : 1 HDC on the next following chain.

Step 5 : 2 DCs on the next same chain.

Step 6 : 1 DC in the next chain.

Step 8 : 2 DCs on the next same chain.

Step 9 : 1 Tr on the next chain.

Step 10 : Again 1 Tr in the next chain.

Step 11 : Again repeat step 10.

Step 12 : 2 DCs on the next same chain.

Step 13 : 1 DC in the next chain.

Step 14 : 2 DCs in the next same chain

Step 15 : 1 HDC in the next chain.

Step 16 : 1 SC in the next chain.

Step 17 : Slipstitch in the last chain. Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 18 : Moon is ready!!!
