Pumpkin Crochet

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. I did this for Halloween. It was a very easy pattern. Knowledge with simple basic crochet stitches is enough.

Now we will see a simple pumpkin crochet. Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook: 5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, leave a big yarn size for sewing purpose at end.

Step 2 : Chain 16.

Step 3 : 1 SC on the 2nd back chain from hook, till end of row.

Step 4 :  chain 1 & turn, repeat step 3.

Step 5 : We need to do 2X the no. of rows. As we did 16 chains, we need 32 rows.

Step 6 : So, repeat steps 3 & 4, till 32nd row.

Step 7 : Now chain 1 & cut off yarn, leave a big yarn for sewing.

Step 8 : Sew the ends, add the toy stuffing.

Step 9 : Do I Cord for the stem, sew it.

Step 10 : Pumpkin is ready!!!

Hope it was easy to understand and crochet. Please leave your valuable comments, which would help me a lot.
