Hairband Organizer Crochet

 


Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. Today we will see hairband organizer. As a mom of 2 gals, I have quite a lot of collections. After making it, it's all smoothly organized. I love to think about organizing through crochet.  Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook: 4mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by chain 15.

Step 2 : 1 SC on the 2nd chain from hook, continue till end of row.

Step 3 : Chain 1 & turn.

Step 4 : Continue steps 2 & 3 , as long as you need. ( 14 SCs in each)

Step 5 : Now do extra 2 rows of SCs.

Step 6 : Now the handle part, Pattern : 1 SC in each of the 5 stitches, ch 5, 1 SC in each of the next 5  stitches.

Step 7 : Chain 1 & turn. Continue doing 1 SC in each.

Step 8 : Cut off yarn & sew.

Step 9 : Now we will start the mid part for the hairbands.

Step 10 : Slipstitch onto the 6th stitch.

Step 11 : Now do 1 SC in each of the 4 stitches.

Step 12 : ch 1 & turn. 1 SC in each of the 4 stitches.

Step 13 : We need to do a total of 6 rows.

Step 14 : Now slst to the 3rd row.

Step 15 : Repeat  steps 11 to 14, till end of row.

Step 16 : Organizer is ready!!! I did in the backside too, as my count of hairbands were more.
