Loopy Flower Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. Today we will see a simple flower for home decoration. A very simple version of flower. Its easy for beginners . 

I have quite a few of flower crochet in my channel.

So let's get in to the project for today.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook:2.5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 :  Slipknot followed by chain 20. You can increase the count of chains if needed for a bigger flower.

Step 2 : Chain 1 extra.

Step 3 : 1 HDC on the 2nd chain from hook. Continue doing 1 HDC on each of the chain till end of row.

Step 4 : ch 1 & turn your project.

Step 5 : Slst to the 1st stitch.

Step 6 :  Chain 20. If you want it to be a big loop string, can increase the count of your chains.

Step 7 : Slst to the next stitch.

Step 8 : Repeat steps 5 to 7 , till end of row.

Step 9 : chain 1 and cut off yarn. Sew the ends.

Step 10 : Roll it round & sew with a needle.

Step 11 : Take a bamboo stick of your needed length, can paint or stick green tape around. I painted it green.

Step 12 : Glue that stick to the bottom of the flower crochet. Tadaa!!! you are done!!!
