Purse Crochet

 

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum, welcome back to my blog. Today we will see a very easy purse, with a little twist in HDC. Hope you like it.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

hook: 5mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by chains. The chains depend on the length of the zip. for me it took 30 chains.

Step 2 : 1 HDC on the 2nd chain from hook. In this we will do yarn under method.( Yarn over, insert, yarn under,  pull thru, yarn over, pull thru all).

Step 3 : Follow step 2 till end of row.

Step 4 : chain 1 & turn.

Step 5 : Please don't skip the first stitch. Repeat steps 2 to 4 until the rows you need.

Step 6 : slst on the sides.

Step 7 : Add the zip.

Step 8 :  Your purse is ready!!!!
