Home decor border crochet

 

 Hi friends. How are you all today? Actually I did this to decorate my home. As this piece's hanging part broke while we were shifting our home. So thought to decorate this way.

Let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

hook : 5mm

Written Pattern:

 Step 1 : Make slipknot.

Step 2 : Do 1 SC along with the hanger.

Step 3 : continue doing 1 SC around the full hanger.

Step 4 : once done. ch 1 & turn. 

Step 5 : chain 5, slst in that space.

Step 6 : repeat step 5, 2 more times in same space.

Step 7 : chain 3.

Step 8 : skip 4 stitches.

Step 9 : slst on the 5th stitch.

Step 10 : Repeat steps 5 to 9 till end of row.

Step 11 : If u wish can add tassels too.

Step 12 : Now your decoration is ready!!
