Kuwait Flag Keychain Crochet

 

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. This was a request from my hubby for a keychain, as Hala February celebration started in Kuwait, I agreed to make this too. And I did within an hour. So anyone can try it, if you are familiar with the basic stitches.

So please don't forget to give a try.

Print this Pattern

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

 

hook : 3mm

Things needed:

1. Yarn(Red,White,Green & Black)

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors

4. Glue

5. Thread

6. Needle

7. Key chain ring

Written Pattern:

Step 1: Red:Slipknot, followed by chs 16

Step 2 : R1: 1 sc on the 2nd ch from hook.

 

Step 3 : 1 sc on each till end of row. 

Step 4 : R2 : ch 1 & turn.

 

Step 5 : Repeat steps 3 & 4 for 4 more rows. Total 5 rows of  Red.

Step 6 : Repeat steps 3 to 5 for white as well as green.

 

Step 7 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.

Step 8 : Add the black part in the side, by just slipstitching. As well in start & end of row, skip 1 stitch.

 

 

Step 9 : Do 1 more set, but do the black in the opposite direction.

Step 10 : Glue/Sew them together.

 

Step 11 : Sew the key chain ring.

 

 

 

Step 12 : Now your key chain ring is ready!!!!
