Mini Frame/Id card crochet

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. This one I did for decorating my fridge with a magnet. It is an All In One crochet idea. You can either use as a fridge magnet/Id Card/hanging frame etc,.. 

So let's get started.

Print this Pattern

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

hook : 4mm 

 

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot.

Step 2 : Chain 8, add stitch marker.

Step 3 : chain 12, add a stitch marker.

Step 4 : chain 8, add a stitch marker.

Step 5 : chain 12

Step 6 : slst.

Step 7 : In corners make 2 dcs, ch 1, 2 dcs. In others make 1 dc in each.

Step 8 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.

Step 9 : For the back part. Ch 15.

Step 10 : 1 Dc on the 2nd ch from hook. Continue 1 dc on each till end of row.

Step 11 : R2-R10: 1 dc on each till end of row.

Step 12 : Sc the front and back part for 3 sides.

Step 13 : add chains one the front part. Chains depend on the usage type. If Id chain accordingly.

Step 14 : Add a plastic in the front. 

Step 15 : Glue it and use it.
