Garland Crochet

 

Hi friends, welcome back to my blog. As Christmas is round the corner, we will continue with the Christmas series. today we will see a simple Garland for the tree.

Crochet Terminology:

ch- chain

sc- single crochet

dc- double crochet

tr- treble crochet

hdc- half double crochet

slst- slip stitch

SC2Tog - Single Crochet 2 Together

DC2Tog - Double Crochet 2 Together

hook: 3.5 mm

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Magic ring. 

Step 2 : ch 2 , considered as 1st DC.

Step 3 : Do 4 more DCs.

Step 4 : Pull the hook along with the yarn up and insert hook on the 2nd chain of the 1st 2 chains.

Step  5 : Insert in that pulled up yarn & pull through.

Step 6 : It's POPCORN STITCH.

Sep 7 : Do 2 more POPCORN STITCHES in that ring.

Step 8 : Once done, pull the tail end tight.

Step 9 : Slst to the 1st POPCORN STITCH.

Step 10 : Cut of yarn & sew.

Step 11 : One set is done, do as many you want.

Step 12 : Now sew them all with a bead in mid.

Step 13 : Your Garland is ready!!!
