Flower Headband/ Hairdress Crochet

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. This I was wishing to do for long. It was interesting to do. As Eid is nearing, let's make something special. So did this headband/hairdress with black yarn. It would be great with white or any other color. My daughter asked for black, so made this for her. It might look little clumpsy at first. But the end result would look really great.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

 

Hook : 

4mm, 3mm for headband

2mm for flowers

0.50mm for beads

Things needed:

1. Yarn

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors

4. Sewing thread

5. Needle

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot, followed by 105 chains. This chain depends on your or your child's top head size.

Step 2 : Sew the ends together,but keep the chains straight or else it will be twisted.

Step 3 : Add hangings of ch 45 or depending on your hair length, in 5 ch intervals.

Step 4 : I did around 10 hangings and add bead at each end.

Step 5 : Make around 26 flowers approximately. Attach them either by sewing or glue.

Step 6 : Your beautiful flower headband is ready!!!
