Bread Slice Amigurumi Crochet

Hi friends, assalamu alaikkum. This was a requested video, a subscriber friend from Algeria requested this video. Bread Amigurumi Crochet. As am on vaction, I don't take tripod with me. So did a simple one. Will do a loaf soon. It was very easy to make. And this project uses basic stitch, Single Crochet. Even kids can make this.

So let's get started.

Crochet Terminology:

sl st - slip stitch 

sc- single crochet 

dc- double crochet 

tr- treble crochet 

hdc- half double crochet

ch- chain

 

Things needed:

1. Yarn

2. Darning Needle 

3. Scissors

hook : 4mm 

 

Written Pattern:

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by ch 15.

Step 2 : R1: skip 1 ch & continue 1 Sc on each till end of row. ch 1 & turn.

Step 3 : R2-12 : 1 Sc on each till end of row. ch 1 & turn.

Step 4 : R13-15: 2Scs on each of the corner stitches & 1 Sc on each of the remaining middle stitches. ch 1 & turn.

Step 5 : R16-17 : Sc2Tog on the corner stitches & 1 Sc on each of the remaining middle stitches. ch 1 & turn. 

Step 6 : R18 : Sc3Tog on the corner stitches & 1 Sc on each of the remaining middle stitches.

Step 7 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends. Repeat steps 1 to 7 once, as we need 2 pieces.

Step 8 : use the darker brown for the sides. Keep the wrong sides facing inside and the right sides facing up. 1 SC on each and 3Scs on the corners.

Step 9 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends.

Step 10 : Your Bread slice is ready!!!!

Another Method:

Step 1 : Slipknot followed by ch 15.

Step 2 : R1: skip 1 ch & continue 1 Sc on each till end of row. ch 1 & turn.

Step 3 : R2-12 : 1 Sc on each till end of row. ch 1 & turn.

Step 4 :R13-18: 2 Scs on the corner stitches & 1 Sc on the remaining middle stitches. ch 1 & turn.

Step 5 : ch 1, cut off & sew ends. Repeat steps 1 to 5 once, as we need 2 pieces.

Step 6 : Use dark brown around with 1 Sc on each stitch & 3 Scs on the 2 bottom corner stitches.

Step 7 : cut off & sew ends.

Step 8 : Your bread slice is ready!!!!
